Engine Performance problem
1984 Volkswagen Rabbit 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive

i've tried changing the distributer, plugs, wires, temperature switch, and o2 relay. it searches and misses at idle. runs good above 2500 rpm also tried a different ecm.

have you tried removing and cleaning the idol stabilizer? try that next, make sure you use carburetor cleaner, to clean out.
