Electrical problem
1982 Volkswagen Rabbit 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I am trying to restore this 1982 VW Rabbit Convertible. I have a Chilton's manual (which is horrible by the way), but the section under fuses, it just says "Fuses are listed according to numbers on the fuse box cover". However, the fuse box cover just has numbers. I have no idea which fuse goes to which electrical system/part. The car will turn over, but wont catch, wont start. Im beginning to think it is the fuel pump (I cant hear it pump when I turn the key), or compression. I replaced the plugs, wires, and dist cap/rotor. If I could figure out which fuse went where, I could probably get the rest of the car going. So, to make a short story long.... Do you know where I can find a fuse diagram, or electrical diagram for this car?
