I was recently cleaning the contact points for the bulb that is used for signalling and my son got in the car and turned the hazard light switch on. Now the hazards do not work, but the flasher for the signal lights does. When I turn the hazards on the green indicator light on the indicator panel stays on, and at that time the signal lights do not work. If the hazards are selected off, the signal lights work just fine. What could be the problem? Thank you.

Hi chattertond,

Thank you for the donation and sorry for the delay in answering.

Check the hazard light fuse. It is separated from the signal lights.

If the fuse is ok, the relay is faulty.
