2008 Volkswagen Passat No Oil - Warranty

I just bought a new passat. I drove it 250 miles and the engine oil light came on - i was in traffic and couldn't pull over. I finally pulled over after 15 miles and there was no oil in it. I have it at a dealership that is going to look at it but I can return it within 5 days with no problems. Would you keep the car or return it?

return it and get another one. 15 miles no oil. and 250 miles and it went through thatmuch oil.

somethigns wrong.
