It appears that my AC is causing water to enter the car and pool under the drivers seat. Driving the rain today caused water to pool a lot, about a gallon or two. The passenger side is dry.

What is wrong and how do I fix it?

Two common problems-
A/C drain is clogged causing the evaporator box to overflow into the cabin. Most accessible way to get to the drain is to pull up the carpet on the passenger side and unbolt and remove drain tube to clear the obstruction.

Sunroof drains clogged and water is overflowing and running down the pillars. Open the sunroof and pour some water into the sunroof tracks. The water should drain down the tubes in the 'A' pillar and exit in the front door jams next to the door hinges. The rear drains should exit in the rear wheel wells behind the liner. Usually compressed air blown down the drains will dislodge any debris.

Be careful. The water may eventually get to the passenger side floor. Under the carpet is the transmission control module. If it pools up enough it can wipe out the module.
