2004 Volkswagen Passat 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Am getting an MIL light. Obd scann gives a code of PO411, Secondary air injection incorrect, upstream flow detected.

What does this mean and how can it be corrected?

This means that either the secondary smog pump or the secondary air injection valve is bad. What I would check first is the fuse holder on far left side of dash behind an access panel this is the smog pump fuse it might be blown.
