2003 Volkswagen Passat Hazards and Blinkers

The hazard and Blinkers don't work. The fuses are good. I suspect it's the relay, but can't locate it. Can you tell me where to find it?

The hazard switch has the relay built into it. Most likely that is your problem and should be in stock at your local dealer.
