whenever I turn my front passenger side wheel grinds and makes a screaming sound, what is it?

Drive on a flat surface with the windwos down drive slowly and turn left and right.

Do you hear an audible clicking noise, try it in reverse.

If you hear clicking suspect cv joints of failure.
