2001 Volkswagen Passat transmission slipping after engine t

iI had a friend tuneup my 2001 V.W. Passat..plugs ,wires ,air filter and oil change. Took car for a test drive and noticed slipping,hesitation and when coming to full stop.car jerks foward. Passat has no tranny dipstick.The car had no problems before tuneup.Im at a lost, he tells me he did everything right, what could this problem be?....Please help.

Check all of the electrical connections going down to the transaxle. Let us know what you find.
