I went to start my car this morning and the starter sounded right nothing clicked or anything like that. The starter had a very hard time turning the engine over. It would once or twice but wouldn't turn it over long enough to start the car. If I hold the starter over it does start to smell like something was burning and a little bit of gas smell as well. I did hit the gas once while cranking it because I am used to driving old wheat trucks as well. So that could have been the gas smell.
Checked all of the fluids and everything looked fine. It did need about helf a quart of oil but that was it.
Anyone have any idea?
