2001 Volkswagen Passat oil pressure

2001 Volkswagen Passat 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 110.00 miles

after the engine gets warm the oil pressure light comes on. I have changed the sending unit already. No knocking noise from the engine at all. Any idea of what to try next

Install a manual pressure gauge to verify it has good pressure. Do you happen to know what weight oil was used at teh last oil change?

5w30 is what I always run in it I changed it after the light first came on did not help

Verify pressure with a manual gauge. May want to try using 10-30 instead, it will stasy al ittle thicker when hot
