2000 Volkswagen Passat window will not go up

I own a 2000 VW Passat wagon. Recently the front fender was bumped into, no major damage other than when it happened the passenger window was down. Now, it will not go back up! I can hear the motor running inside the door, but nothing happens. Is it just off track or could it be regulator? No previous problems with windows.

. Is it just off track or could it be regulator? You could be right here-open it up and investigate its jamming somewhere within-make sure the master switch electrical connections is tight and firmed-
