2000 Volkswagen Passat Crankshaft sprocket Bolt

I'm doing a timing belt replace seals and water pump, 2.8 V30 V6 passat,

i'm having problems breaking loose the crank bolt for timing sprocket to be removed for seal replacement, Is it Right hand thread or Left hand.

Is regularhread. I use a breaker bar on bolt and rest bar against frame and crank the starter motor for a second to break loose the bolt. Usually its the only way. Hope this help[s
