First, please tell me what is an average donation. I don't have any idea what I should donate



When I first start the car, there is a high pitch whistle as if it is sucking air through a very small hole from under the hood. The sound continues until the rpm decreases from 1100 rpm to normal idle (900 rpm).

Is the MIL illuminated on the dash?

These cars use an electric air pump for the emission system and it operates for the first minute after start up. Sometimes the plastic hoses break or fall off making the pump sound louder. Usually any leak in the system will be detected and set a fault code.

If there are no fault codes you may just be noticing the normal operation of the system
