1998 Volkswagen Passat 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

i got p1559 code engine said the throle body module is the problem i got the scaner but i dont have the right tool for check t.p.s sistem i like to knw if there is another way to check that

If you have a volt meter you can check the TPS idle and wide open throttle voltages.
