Security alarm program

I have 1999 VW Passat 1.8 turbo 150,000 mis.
Recently installed a new Comfort Control Module
Car started immediately ran for a day with 7 - 8 starts. The following day started, parked, an hour later, when opening the door alarm went off and now it will not start and the alarm goes off each time the door is opened. I have 2 keys and NO REMOTE
I live 100 mis from dealer. No money for dearler prices for resetting security. IS there a way to disable security or reprogram security without 100 mis tow and dealer costs. Also door locks are working intermittently with the rear pass door lock not at all. Drivers window workes but not now, All other windows will not work, although I can here the motor click when button is pushed. I need help

Some car have a little tiny switch under the dash that
disables the alarm. Also try to locking the doors then unlock them twice. Is there a little light that blinks?
The vehicle might not start until you can disable the system. If there is a switch there press it twice and then put key in ignition. Work part time at auto auction and found these ways usually reset the alarm.
