I have a 91 cabriolet that wont start. Drove it stopped for a few hours and now nothing. Motor turns over fine, no spark at the plugs, timing belt not broken, new rotor and cap did nothing, power is getting to the coil, and distributor is rotating. Now what?

Plz help

Could be the distributor pick-up coil in the distributor or the ICM see below instructions for the ICM.
