Hey kitty,
OK, repeat after me. No worries. Be happy 8) LOL relaxxxxxxxxx. Ok, now its a good bet that the problem is simply the fuel cap is old and is not sealing properly. So here's what I recommend in the mean time. Go to one of your local parts suppliers, autozone etc. Get a free scan (computer hookup) write down the code # and code description and repost here and we can help. Btw. If an "evap" code comes up its no worries.. Buy a new fuel cap on pay day and all is ok. If any other code comes up BUT the car runs and drives ok don't worry too much, get the info and we'll try to help!
Regards,
Chris
