2002 Volkswagen Rear windscren wiper

Rear wiper is on permanantly I have to disconnect the lead to stop this. Skoda Octavia 1.9TDI

You have a bad wiring connection ! Which is supplying a feed at all times. Have an autoelectrician locate the fault !
