I am not sure where you live, with the problem that you're having sounds like fuel problems, when is the last time you change your fuel filter? Us if you do not keep your fuel tank full of fuel in the winter it will accumulate water so replace the fuel filter and make sure you keep your tank full every day and check and make sure your fuel lines are not cracked sucking air
