2001 Other Volkswagen Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 59.000 miles

HI there just like to know if you can help me at all.I have a 1.4 polo match and i have got a misfire on my car.We have changed the plugs and it is still doing it ?What can it be as the light on the dash is stopping on.

check/replace the coil's it is ususlly one coil on this model ?
