Im no diesel mechanic, but I have a p, up. Try this. Take out the top return line on the pump, fill it completly full of fuel.(It has a 17mm(?)Head, 2 lines, one running tothe first inj.(Small) the other back to the tank (large). If you replaced the pump or had 1 or all the lines off, itsmore than likly air locked. Hope this helped!(Youll more than likly have to bleed the inj, also)be sure not to lose the copper gasket under the plug&retighten the plug securly. Yours truly, nddunc
