1985 Other Volkswagen Models Two Wheel Drive Automatic 123,00 miles

Our oxygen sensor light was on and we replaced the oxygen sensor, but the light will not go off. Any suggestions?

You need to erase the code if you had not done so.

Removing the battery terminal should help.
