Noises problem
2006 Volkswagen Jetta All Wheel Drive Manual 40,000 miles

I just had my brakes and driver's side rotor changed. When I drove it for the first time, it started making a tapping-like noise on residential streets (25-30mph). When I got on the highway, it got so loud that it sounds like a helicopter. When I reached about 60mph, my stearing wheel started vibrating as well. When I press the brakes, even a little bit, to slow down, the noise completely stops and the car is quiet until I release them and then it starts again emmediately. Any suggestions?
