2004 Volkswagen Jetta Coolant Flush

I'm having some difficulty with draining my car's coolant for a flush. I have taken off the fairings underneath the bumper and have searched everywhere for a drain plug that's been described for me to no avail. Please help!

If you're having problems finding the drain plug-disconnect the bottom hose and drain from there
