2003 Volkswagen Jetta 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 44k miles

Any suggestions for removing an aluminum rim that has corroded onto the rear brake rotor ?? And how to prevent recurrence ?

install wheel bolt part way to prevent wheel from flying off. Raise and support vehicle and kick the wheel from behind to free it.You can try a little anti-seize on the center where it aligns
