2003 Volkswagen Jetta Oil Light is on!

I have a 2003 VW Jetta 2.0 and my oil light is on. When the oil in the engine heats up the light starts blinking? Can anyone help me whats the problem?

Either rent an oil pressure test gauge, or have a shop test it for you, check oil level and make sure it reads full on the stick. Do not continue to drive it....this is a must check situation!
