Hello,
I just Recently bought my 2001 VW Jetta Wolfsburg 1.8L turbo. Even more recently, I put in a custom exhaust, because I want to race in the next 6 months to a year. The stock exhaust had two tip exhaust, and when Midas put in the Flowmaster custom/performance exhaust it only had one. It also had a regular tip. Anyways, I went back because it wasn't loud enough and I wanted a better tip. I was told that a new tip would make it louder. They put on a new one, however it is still one rather than dual. It is louder however it's ugly and i'm pretty sure it could be a little bit louder. My question is; where can i find a dual tip that will make the exhaust louder and look good on my car, and how do i put it in myself?

check online or at autopart stores near you, just get the right size.

new ones can be welded or screwed on to existing tail pipe.

also, never go to a midas.
