2001 Volkswagen Jetta Inside gas cap and trunk lock access

My inside access to the trunk lock and the gas cap no longer work, neither does my automatic adjustment of both outside mirrors. What is this?

Check fuse #38 in left side dash fuse box. All items power off that fuse.
