2001 Volkswagen Jetta 4 cyl Manual

My oil is leaking into my radiator , i was told that i needed a head gasket but i'm unsure if this is so. Also my radiator is leaking is there something i need to replace.

sounds like a head gasket to me. if your radiator is leaking somewhere then you need to replace the radiator.
