I put my windows down, opened the sunroof and then when I tried to close them again before the highway they had stopped working. power windows, sunroof, rearview mirror controls, interior dome lights, trunk lever, and my keyless all stopped working at the same time. I can still manually close the windows from the outside of the car using the key, but the sunroof only moves with the manual crank. I checked some fuses with no luck there. Any thoughts?

Sounds like a Comfort Module failure. It's a box located under the dash next to the steering column.
I have been able to get them to work for short periods of time by tapping on it, but it will ultimately need to be replaced.
