Can I repair a muffler on this car that became
dislodged from the pipe going to the rear of the car?

You shoudl be able to. It is a factory 2 piece exahust system on the 2.0 AEG engine, the down pipe is attached to the front and includes the catalitic converter the rear pipe AKA catback connects to the muffler. Some parts stores will sell it in multiple parts.

Assuming you have an air compressor and tools it should be an easy task
