1999 Volkswagen Jetta left rear running lights not working

I need some help. My 1999.5 vw jetta's left rear tail running lights won;t work. The break light and the turn signles work . The Bulbs are new. I checked the fuzz box and can't see any blown fuzzes

you need to get a test light and check for power and ground at rear socket and determine what is missing.
