1999 Volkswagen Jetta coolant in the transmission

Transmission problem
1999 Volkswagen Jetta Automatic

Car would not drive forward but would back up, checked transmission fluid and it was full of coolant, checked coolant res, and it was milky to.any ideas about a seal it could be leaking through. thanks, realy appreciate the help.

For that to happened the tranny cooler compartment on the radiator is leaking internally
