Engine Performance problem
1999 Volkswagen Jetta 4 cyl Automatic 120000 miles

I would like to know how can I replace the fuel filter , If I need an special tool to do that?

Hello ... thanks for the donation .. much much appreciated. The fuel filter is located under the vehicle near the fuel tank (see diagram) ... no special tools are required ..make sure you install the new filter in the correct direction of flow as indicated by the arrows ..
