1998 Volkswagen Jetta Wipers

I have a 98 jetta that the low and int wiper functions are inop. fuses are good. i have power coming out of the switch but no power to the motor. the only power i have is on high. is there a relay in the circuit or is there just an open wire somewhere?

i found the answer to my own question. i did some diagnosing on my own and found that if you only have your wipers working on high and they will not park. your relay is not working or missing as was the in my car. you will need to go to a dealer or junk yard to get the right relay and it is relay number 8 under the dash on the drives side of the vehicle. i hope this helps everyone else that has this problem.
