my daughter's alarm system keeps going off in the middle of the night . it seems to also activate in colder weather when there is fog or condensation is present, she has to park it away from her apartment ( she, attending college) the neighbors are threating to have it towed off please give me some ideas how to either repair or disarm so she can at least lock it at night.

If its not killing the battery then I would just disconnect the horn.
