The back panel may be held in with screws, and once you remove those scews you can pop the paneling off with a interior removal tool ment only for panels so it doesn't scratch it, or tear it etc. Then it will reveal a window regulator as most cars should wether its power or not. Then the windows can be unbolted using a hex socket.
Should be free flowing from there.
