1996 Volkswagen Jetta water spray from tailpipe

I'm getting a light mist of water spraying from my tail pipe, but it doesn't blow steam when I'm driving could this be caused by anything other than a blown head gasket? The car seems to run fine.

If the coolant level isnt dropping, and there is no white smoke, and you are not overheating, the condensation is normal...
