HOW DO I REMOVED THE POWER BOOSTER, DO I NEED A SPECIAL TOOL? TO REMOVED IT.

How do I unhook the booster push rod from behind the brake pedal?

Hello and thanks for donating Remove the master cylinder from the booster. At the pedals, remove the clevis pin on the end of the booster pushrod by unclipping it and pulling it from the clevis. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the booster. Unbolt the booster; remove the 2 nuts under the dashboard or the 4 nuts holding the booster to its bracket. Remove the booster.

Installation is the reverse of removal. Install the master cylinder and bleed the system.
