My car star having a problem in the last 3 weeks, just dont star when is hot outside, it start just fine in the nigth o in the morning when is nice. What can be the problem.

Does it crank? There is a good chance that it might be the starter armature. In the morning - have you tried stating immediayely after you shut it off? I'd say run it for 10 minutes in the am.
