Tried to recharge A/c myself. Wouldn't work.
Took it to two auto shops. Still wouldn't work.
One shop replaced the Expansion valve. No luck.
How can I fix this?

Hi there, did the work shop pull the system down with a vacuum pump and did it hold a vacuum as per the recommended test procedure?

Yes, they did use a vacuum pump to pull the system down and it showed no signs of leaks. For some reason it just won't take any of the refidgerant. But the guy at the shop showed me how his gauge was slightly moving back and forth which he said meant that the valve still works or it wouldn't move at all.

If the system is holding a vacuum, but you can;t charger the system fully, I would be considering a faulty compressor.
