I've noticed that my Engine was always looking very dirty after driving no more then a 1000 miles after cleaning the engine. When i serviced the car the air filter was practically covered in oil and there is a lot more oil else where under the hood. The car's economy is also not so great any more and using about 20% more fuel. I look after the car well and it get's serviced on time, everytime. I've cleaned the Carburettor out as well and made sure everything is fastened correctly. But the air filter seems to have oil on it, a lot, after driving no more then 500 miles. Any idea what the problem is?

Normaly oil in air filter is a cloged up PCV. Check this valve and hose to intake. PCV should be replaced at intervals maybe you have but that is where to start.
