Hi there,
This will depend on what was the cause of the head gasket problem, if it was an over heat problem, there will be some work to be done on the head, machining, welding, straightening so it will be unknown what the extent of damage is until it is removed & inspected, to remove and re fit the head there is about 6 Hrs work, the gasket set will be around the $150 - $250 mark depending on quality and head repairs could be around the $300.00 at a guess it could be a lot less, you will also have to allow for all the consumables, oil, filter coolant and what ever is found to be required, there may be a few hoses that need replacing who knows until its dismantled. I hop this helps.
