Most likely a mix ofclogged filter as well as needing to prime up system after running out of fuel. Go ahead and replace the fuel filter, located under the car next to the fuel pump reservoir and looks like a large, metal container. After it is replaced, insert key into ignition and turn it without cranking. You should hear the fuel pump buzz for 3 or 4 seconds. Turn key back off then back on without cranking. Do this several cycles then attempt to start engine.
