My car seems to wobble/bounce in a since and have had wheels rebalanced but for this someone had 17" wheels on it that were all bent and I couldn't get past 50mph after I put the prpoer wheels and rims on it it did help but still has issues??THX,Shannyn

You will have to get a front suspension inspection done, including the serviceability of the struts, start here.
