there is white stuff in oil lid and the oil light beeps for a while then goes off. Like on and off

Change oil and filter have oil pressure tested with manual gusge. If pressure is normal replace oil sender

White creamy stuff is a sign there is water getting into the oil. Usually caused from a bad head gasket or cracked head.
