hi, i have a 1996 golf vin 106457 and i am trying to swap in a used engine from a recycler this engine is from a jetta and has a vin code of 094180 has a different intake setup, whereas it has no idle solenoid. Can i swap the intake for the one i already have with the idle solenoid along with the old wiring harness? Will it still work? Original intake[img]

Same year and displacement? should work as long as the engine code is the same, not the serial #,that is for matching it to the same car
