My boyfriend wants to buy a vw golf but it needs its cv joints replacing. Can you give me an estimate of how much this will cost please?

Hi there,

The job of replacing both drive shafts takes about 2 hours, as for the cost of the shafts, this will depend on the quality and what is replaced, I would ring around and get a few prices, also asks how long to do the job, and if they quote about 2 hours you know you are not getting taken for a ride.
