2002 Volkswagen Cabrio AC Not Cold

AC suddenly stopped getting cold yesterday. Checked fuse #19 which says "Cooling fan Airconditioning" and it looks good. Don't know what else to check?

Planning on adding freon next but wanted to check here first.
